I am the centre director at Lilac Early Learning. I have worked within the Early Childhood industry for several years, where I first started casual and worked my way up to an Educational Leader and 2IC position, within my previous service. I have developed great knowledge towards the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework and the National Regulations and Standards.
I have grown great knowledge towards children and their development as well as how to provide the best possible care. I am passionate about providing a welcoming, stimulating, and sustainable environment ensuring the children and families feel safe, secure, and supported within our Lilac Community.
